2012 Convention - Rooms

Hi Ladies,

It is getting close. We have a deadline of tommorrow May 18th
for the $95 reservation for rooms. We have had a few problems with people
getting the wrong amount quoted to them. If you made reservations already at an
amount other than $95 I need you to contact Georgia Athern, the Chairperson. She
needs all the names and, if you have them, the conformation numbers so she can
get the amounts fixed BUT we must have the list in by tommorrw afternoon. So
here is her email address: glapeach@aol.com. Her phone number is

Second is if anyone has not registered please call directly to the hotel in Albuquerque. The phone number was on the second page of the registration form. Please make sure and tell them it is for the Beta Sigma Phi Convention.

INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS 2012-2013

** Reminders:

- All requests for Reimbursement must be turned in at the May meeting (except Legacy event).

- Requests of recognized budgeted expenses will be honored (e-mail or USPO) through May 31 after which time, they will be considered DONATIONS to the cause.

The City Council books will be closed after May 31 with audit to be early June.

NM State Convention Reminders

Hi Ladies,

Just sending out a reminder that Delegate fees are due by April 15th. Also please try to get the reguler registrations in as soon as possible. We are trying to make sure we have 200 people registered so we can have someone from International at the convention. If you have already sent yours thank you very much and sorry for the reminder .

The Convention Committee has decided to have a raffle for those of you who drive more than 100 miles to Albuquerque. With gas prices rising, we would like to enter you into a raffle to help with trip expenses.

New Mexico 2011 Convention –Yearbook and Scrapbook information: We have extended the deadline for the yearbooks and scrapbooks to May 25th to allow enough time to include the chapter May information in the books. All other information sent out before is the same.

So we will see all of you real soon!
